  • 1/2 cup white sugar (100 g)
  • 1 cup light brown sugar (200 g)
  • 1/2 cup butter softened (110 g)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (300 g)
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

  • 3-4 tbsp milk
