Instructions:

Gradually pour in the warm broth and heavy cream. Stir in the thyme, salt, and pepper. Reduce the heat to low and bring to a simmer. Cook just until the sauce is thickened. Add the chicken and peas. Prepare the crust: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out half the biscuit dough into a circle. Place in a pie dish. Fill with chicken mixture. Roll out remaining dough and place on top. Crimp edges. Brush with heavy cream.
