Ingredients:
- 2 packs cherry or grape tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil, divided
- Kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 (8-oz.) block feta
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 10 oz. pasta
- Zest of 1 lemon (optional)
- 2 pieces of pink salmon (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a medium baking dish, combine tomatoes, garlic. Season with salt, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and thyme. Toss to combine.

- Add cooked pasta to the baking dish with the pasta water and lemon zest (if using). Stir all the ingredients until joint. And add on top some fresh basil.
