- Granulated sugar: 1/4 cup (50g)
- Cold eggs: 2
- Vanilla extract: 2 teaspoons
- Unsalted butter (slightly softened): 1 cup (225g)
- Pinch of salt
- Semi-sweet chocolate chips: 2 cups (250g)
- Roasted walnuts (chopped): 1 1/2 cups (190g)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cornstarch. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to cream together brown sugar, granulated sugar, and butter until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract, and mix for 3-4 minutes until pale in color.

- Scoop 2 tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 4 inches apart. Add extra chocolate chips and walnuts on top.
