  • 245 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • ½ tsp baking soda

  • 200 g milk chocolate (chunks or chips)
  • 100 g dark chocolate (chunks or chips)
  • 80 g crushed pistachios

Instructions

  1. Blend pistachios in a food processor until smooth, forming a paste.
  2. Melt the white chocolate using a microwave or double boiler.
  3. Mix in the pistachio paste and vegetable oil until smooth and well combined.
