Tres Leches Cake

This Tres Leches Cake is a light and airy dessert soaked in a sweet, creamy milk mixture that melts in your mouth. Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Make the cake:
    In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
    In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar with a hand or stand mixer on high speed until thick and pale, about 5–6 minutes.
    Gently fold in the flour mixture. Add milk and vanilla extract, and mix just until combined.
