- 30g (½ cup) graham cracker chunks
- 5–6 regular marshmallows, halved or whole

🔪 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream the softened butter with the brown sugar and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and combined.
- Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda. Stir just until a dough forms—don’t overmix.
