  • 1 tsp instant espresso powder (dissolved in 1 tsp hot water)
  • 1–2 tbsp (6–12 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1–2 tsp (5–10 ml) caramel syrup (optional, for extra depth)

Mix-ins:

  • 1 cup (100 g) chopped Oreos (about 10–12 cookies)
  • ½ cup (90 g) white chocolate chips
  • Optional: ¼ cup (40 g) toffee bits (Heath brand)

  8. Scoop & Bake – Scoop ~2 tbsp (35 g) dough balls onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving 2 inches apart. Bake 15–17 minutes until edges are set but centers are slightly soft.
  9. Cool – Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
